The Spirit Education as a Premier Technology Partner of Mindjet and the Plandocs GmbH, Bielefeld developed the new Add-In NotesLinker 3.0 as a connection between Lotus Notes and  Mindjet MindManager. 

The solution be based on expectations of Lotus Notes users to transfer project-planning and functions with Mindjet MindManager in their work environment of Lotus Notes.

The NotesLinker 3.0 offers users of the Mindjet MindManager the exchange of data from the calendar, the contacts and function planning of Lotus Notes. The information from the Lotus Notes data base will be visualized in a simple way in business maps. 

Communication between Lotus Notes documents and the Software Mindjet MindManager® runs mutually. Updating and exchange of data are controlled by the user and realise transfer or updating processes.

The solution partnership to the Mindjet GmbH will in the future enable to implement non-standard adjustments out of customer needs and special requirements.

System requirements, service and support

The NotesLinker 3.0 needs a Lotus Notes version 5.0, 6.0, 6.5 oder 7.0 and a valid license of MindManager® X5Pro or Mindjet MindManager Pro 6.
