NotesLinker 3.8 Pro for MindManager 8 makes integrating Lotus Notes and MindManager easy.  

Using drag-and-drop you can create Contacts, Appointments, Meetings and Tasks from within MindManager and integrate them both into your map and into Lotus Notes. You can delegate tasks and appointments or plan meetings without leaving MindManager by using the invitation functions of Lotus Notes from within the map.

Map Parts give you an overview of your meetings and tasks in MindManager. View meetings which take place Today, Tomorrow, This week or Next week as well as Tasks that have not yet been completed in your map using the corresponding Map Parts. You can import existing Resources from Lotus Notes and use them in your day-to-day work on project-specific maps. The results from the Search function in the full-text indexed Lotus Notes database can be displayed in your map.

The new functionality @Create mail: Send e-mails directly from your map with the @Create mail–function in NotesLinker 3.8 Pro. These will then be displayed in context in the map as a new topic, including all information such as attachments and recipients. E-mails with attachments and/or other data are added to your map as new topics. A direct link leads to the record in Lotus Notes.

The intuitive user interface of MindManager 8 allows for the big picture view of even long-term initiatives with numerous stakeholders and related meetings, tasks and contacts, at any time. In this way, MindManager map becomes your visual control center: a central dashboard for planning processes, projects, meetings and creative work.

NotesLinker 3.8 is designed based on the demand of Lotus Notes® users who requested a way to facilitate management of daily planning and task management using MindManager together with Lotus Notes®.  This becomes possible through the bi-directional synchronization of Notes documents and MindManager 8, which is manually triggered through the user and subsequently executed based on automatic update features.
