Having used this toolset for some time now, I can attest to the benefits that a standardized way of coming to decisions brings to the workplace. Even though everyone talks about becoming more process driven, there are few affordable tools that enable decision making to be included in this effort. As valuable as the tools are, however, they become even more valuable if they are coupled with the training that the company provides; it is money well spent, with a return on investment that will turn heads up and down the corporate governance chain.
