NotesLinker 3.7 enables data exchange between Lotus Notes® and Mindjet® MindManager® 7. Using NotesLinker, users can easily visualise the information stored in the Lotus Notes® database in MindManager maps.

NotesLinker 3.7 Basic

Contacts, appointments and tasks can be integrated in a MindManager map simply by using drag and drop. Emails can be sent directly from the map (with embedded Notes contacts). Assigning tasks, scheduling meetings and inviting participants are all functions that are available to the user directly within MindManager.

NotesLinker 3.7 Professional

More useful features are available in the Professional Edition of NotesLinker 3.7, which range from weekly task views, email linking, and the search feature capturing the Lotus Notes® database.

The intuitive user interface of MindManager Pro 7 allows for the big picture view of even long-term initiatives with numerous stakeholders and related meetings, tasks and contacts, at any time. In this way, the map becomes your visual planning dashboard for project planning and task management, meetings, and creative processes.

NotesLinker 3.7 is designed based on the demand of Lotus Notes® users who requested a way to facilitate management of daily planning and task management using MindManager together with Lotus Notes®.  This becomes possible through the bi-directional synchronization of Notes documents and MindManager Pro 7, which is manually triggered through the user and subsequently executed based on automatic update features.

NotesLinker 3.7 Basic and Professional is available in English, German and French.

System Requirements

NotesLinker 3.7 requires Lotus Notes® in either of the following editions 5.0, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 or 8.0 and a valid license of Mindjet MindManager Pro 7.

Does this support linking to documents in other types of Lotus Notes databases such as documents in discussion and journal databases? Are there plans to support newer solutions from Lotus such as Lotus Connections and Quickr? Thanks, Matt

Matt, I'm a "long-time" NotesLinker user. It does work with documents in any Notes database. I don't know about plans for Connections/Quickr support. I can tell you that I really like NotesLinker. I use it all the time to link topics in MM to a Lotus Note. Only shortcoming I can mention is that, if you link to a Notes document that later gets archived, the original NotesLinker link in MM is no longer valid. Other than that, it's worth the $ to buy NotesLinker.
