Branches containing information
With the combination of Keep in Mind and mind mapping, a new dimension is added to information visualisation and structuring: In Mindjet MindManager Pro 6 you can directly store information in the branches of the mind map. Thus each branch can bear information from Keep in Mind, in addition to its visualising and structuring function.

Presenting and using information
In Mindjet MindManager Pro 6 you can select information from Keep in Mind and add it as a branch to your mind map. In doing so you have instantly selected information content to be displayed which can be easily presented.

Database as a business map
With the Keep in Mind Linker for Mindjet MindManager Pro 6 you can work on and edit information stored in Keep in Mind directly in the MindManager: You can move branches within your business map, create new ones, eliminate superfluous ones and rename branches as necessary. Every step directly shapes the structure of your Keep in Mind database. Thus, as you improve the branching of your mind map you also improve the structure of the Keep in Mind database. Moreover, you can view all the information stored in your Keep in Mind database directly.

Multiusability
Mind maps displaying a Keep in Mind database can be used by several users independently from each other and at the same time.
Access protection*
You can assign user rights for mind maps using Keep in Mind, i.e. you define the database areas a user may read or edit. Then the user can only read and edit those branches of the mind map he has access rights for.

Import and export
You can export single articles and additionally download associated attachments when needed.
Search
